I'm pretty sure this is a reference to a roundworld Chinese dish, but I can't figure out which one (same comment for the other Agatean dishes mentioned in Interesting Times) Kellyterryjones 20:47, 26 August 2007 (CEST)
- I assumed it was tofu. --Old Dickens 00:27, 5 May 2011 (CEST)...and you need to get over here to Scarborough or Markham (Ontario) for some Dim Sum; ours sounds a lot better.
- For those in areas deprived of real Chinese or Japanese food (apparently the UK), tofu = bean curd, a cheese-like derivative of soy beans. It tends to taste like whatever you cook it in or put on it; much like escargots. --Old Dickens (talk) 15:05, 15 May 2017 (UTC)
