Re: page numbers. The form was to list them by page numbers of the the original HC edition. This is a bit difficult for many who don't have an original Doubleday or Gollancz, so they're often omitted. My recurring problem with annotations is that no one follows any rules about placement and there is no constraint on the content. | |||

Ah-ha, but I indeed have... see here for the discussion. I was mystified as to the connection between extravert insensitive boy racer Clarkson and the extremely introvert and perhaps even autistic Jeremy Clockson - two complete opposites sharing a name? --AgProv 11:49, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
