Weems

Weems, along with Gancia, was one of the bog-standard villains who were all that Herrena the Henna-Haired Harridan could scrape together at very short notice, when commissioned by the wizards to go forth and capture Rincewind, Twoflower, and the Luggage. Unfortunately for him, he develops a terminal case of greed, having seen the golden bait the Luggage hangs out for the unwary. Being at heart a coward, he is easy meat for Rincewind's playing on his nerves. As Rincewind is also a coward, he knows exactly how to drip on somebody else's strained nerves...

Weems survives Trolls, Cohen, and Rincewind, only to be consumed by the Luggage, in The Light Fantastic
