He will steal something, openly and ineptly, purely to get arrested and get a nice cosy cell for the night and a meal with named meat in it. The City Watch are perfectly happy with this arrangement, as Here'n'now is also a fantasist of epic proportions. Once in a cell, he will indignantly deny that the deBris gang, for instance, were behind the break-in at Vortis' gem-dealers, as everyone knows he did it, don't listen to them trolls! This sort of inadvertant informing is as gold to the watch, who cherish and look after him.
