Hmmm... beguiling theory, but there could be a three-way confusion going here.
Nhumrod is a teacher, albeit an ineffective one. This makes him a pedegogue.
Om called him a pederast, which is more properly a male homosexual with a taste for anal sex.
The third term referenced is of course paedophile (US spelling: pedofile), denoting one who is sexually attracted to pre-pubescent children. While a man can be both pederast and paedophile, it is not automatically the case that these go together.
