This is a public open space near Short Street and Endless Street, which is almost entirely enclosed by Twitcher Street. Several footpaths are marked across the Moor and this suggests it is a popular location for dog-walking, picnics, family outings, et c. "Twitcher Street" also suggests a bird-watching association.
