The Hurtling Whirlers of Klatch are a religious sect who believe devoutly that the numinous Other may be approached and worshipped through the medium of spinning around in circles, which they believe to be a form of prayer.
Annotation
A reference to the Whirling Dervishes of the mystical Sufi discipline of Islam. The Dervishes believe that dancing themselves into a state of mystical communion with Allah is a form of spiritual devotion that brings about a greater and truer communion with the Eternal. Their whirling dance is famed and known the world over and may last for days without break.
