:I'm old enough to remember Spooky Tooth. They included Gary Wright, Chris Stainton, Henry McCullough, and in a recent reincarnation, Tom Brechtlein so you'd have to say that was a pretty good band. Mike Harrison did Robert Plant first and better, although in the long run I might wish they hadn't. --[[User:Old Dickens|Old Dickens]] ([[User talk:Old Dickens|talk]]) 04:40, 14 January 2017 (UTC) | :I'm old enough to remember Spooky Tooth. - I'm old enough to remember Spooky Tooth. They included Gary Wright, Chris Stainton, Henry McCullough, and in a recent reincarnation, Tom Brechtlein so you'd have to say that was a pretty good band. Mike Harrison did Robert Plant first and better, although in the long run I might wish they hadn't. --Old Dickens (talk) 04:40, 14 January 2017 (UTC)
- Hang on a minute -- what about M. John Harrison? Okay, so he's half a generation older (SF New Wave) rather than Holiday Fun Club age, but he's definitely got the credentials. He's the one which I would immediately think of when the name "Mike Harrison" is bandied around. --Lias Bluestone (talk) 21:52, 23 July 2018 (UTC)
- Actually three years older than TP (and pal of Michael Moorcock as well); he seems a more likely candidate than the rock singer. You should edit the page, I think. --Old Dickens (talk) 23:19, 23 July 2018 (UTC)
- Okay done -- feel free to streamline it if I have TMI'd. --Lias Bluestone (talk) 06:43, 24 July 2018 (UTC)
