The Blue Bolter is a sub-variety of cabbage which is grown in the Colyford and Hapley areas of the Sto Plains. It is the complete opposite of the aggressive and pugnacious Burley Bolter in that this is an exceedingly shy and retiring vegetable that will run and hide if it perceives a threat.
