Pilu Married?

So, Pilu's "marital status" was in the infobox, and listed as married. I don't see any evidence that he was married at the time of the major portion of the book; sure, he eventually was likely married, as the scientist figure at book's end is a descendant. To me, that means any mention in our article of his "marriage" is either (a) extra-textual, or, if not, (b) not nearly relevant enough to include in the infobox. Hope that makes sense...
