Percy Hopcroft

Percy Hopcroft is perhaps Lancre's foremost horticulturist, and a regular prize-winner in the field of fruit (and particularly apple) breeding and production. His lack of tact in naming a champion apple variety after Nanny Ogg soon creates anxiety for him when Granny Weatherwax feels slighted in The Sea and Little Fishes, but he escapes by naming another variety after Granny and providing her with some other select foodstuffs.
