Sproutington

Sproutington is the first stop out of Ankh-Morpork on the Fierté de Quirm line, with Dimmuck as the next stop. Beans are the local cash-crop, and Sproutington Hall was built on the proceeds of the bean-growing and canning industry. The town is to be avoided during the Bean Feast, the harvest celebration normally held in Sektober. A moment's reflection on the nature of beans will explain why.
