Foid is one of the members of the Followers of Anu-anu, and secretly on of the Dark Sect of Nylonathatep. He is one of the traitors of the followers, but he doesn't know it, as he is being manipulated by Satrap and Gelid.
After the summoning of Nylonathatep, he asks Rhodan for gets plastic surgery to change his identity and locks himself in a house in Dragon Street. In fear of the creature just summoned, he draws a Sign of the Eel and lays on it. Inspector Lewton finds him and gets a little of information about the sect from him.
