Annotation

The book refers to the Roundworld book Who's Who which, published annually since 1849, is a British reference book consisting entirely of biographies which vary in length (typically a single paragraph or block) of about 30,000 living notable Britons. Being selected to appear in its hallowed pages says, in a very real way, that one has "made it".
