Lily Goodtime is an occassional Watch informant referenced in Jingo. As Sam Vimes refers to her in the same breath as the Agony Aunts, it is possible she is a Seamstress who likes to stay friendly with the Watch and duly passes on anything interesting she comes accrooss in her line of work.
