Peggy Aimsbury's role in life is the thankless task of looking after her father, a chef with the embarrassing career drawback of being allergic to the very word garlic. She steers inadvertent speakers of the G-word away from harm, and as an encore, serves up a very creditable omelette for those human consumers her father occassionally has to cater for.
