this is a location in the computer game Discworld Noir. this is a puzzler in the wider Discworld as no such place appears to exist in Ankh-Morpork, not even on the expanded city Mapp in The Compleat Ankh-Morpork. It might, perhaps, be a version of Dagon Street that escaped proof-reading and beta-testing.
