A seamstress with unfeasibly large earrings, who welcomes Granny Weatherwax and Nanny Ogg to the Guildhouse on Sheer Street, assuring them that Mrs Palm is always at home to very important visitors. Her name and appearance in Maskerade is a tribute to a fan who appealed to Terry because of her unfeasibly large and different earrings.
