There's a "Chittling" street in Feet of Clay, but also a "Chitterling" street in The Fifth Elephant. Are they intended to be the same? Both have Watch stations- a new one is opened in Feet of Clay, and apparently the drains in the one in The Fifth Elephant are causing problems.
I only mention it because of the note on this page suggesting that "the name is an erosion of chitterling"... TC01 21:51, 25 November 2009 (UTC)
- Of course it's an erosion of chitterling; in the U.S. it's generally eroded down to "chitlins" (nobody eating just one). I suspect someone was using the olde forme in TFE; two police divisions so easily confused wouldn't do at all.--Old Dickens 22:51, 25 November 2009 (UTC)
- So... I'll redirct Chitterling Street here, then. TC01 23:10, 25 November 2009 (UTC)
