Mentioned in Hogfather, this is a radial road in Morpork running from Goose Gate to the Limping Gate. William Wittles (aka "Willy" and "Tosser") lives (at #68).
Annotation
In William Makepeace Thackeray's play The Wolves and the Lamb, (a comedy of Victorian class and manners) Lady Kicklebury is the snobbish and conceited noblewoman - a prototype Lady Bracknell, perhaps - who makes everyone else's life a Hell, save perhaps for miss Prior, the somewhat tough governess to her children. As a comic creation, Lady Kicklebury of Pocklington Square recurs, in one way or another, in all Thackeray's books, including Vanity Fair.
