Maudlin Bridge is an extension of Chrononhotonthologos Street, Ankh, to Morpork just upstream from the Isle of Gods. Like the Bridge of Size and the Wood Bridge it lacks the superstructure of shops and housing that line most of the city bridges.

All bridges over the Ankh (Rimwards to Hubwards)

Annotation

A possible pun on the Roundworld Magdalen Bridge in Oxford, England, whose name is pronounced the same way.

Maudlin is of course a Roundworld word meaning something like "drunkenly sentimental and tearful".
