It isn't clearly stated but the {{AGD}} mentions a Noel Teatime who killed of the traditional bullying practice of 'toasting' (along with, it's implied, 4 boys) demonstrating 'what can be achieved with enthusiasm, determination and the common human thumb'. Perhaps, considering these traits and the 'carnage' involved this Noel is related. It certainly seems unlikely to be an error/mistaken identity since Johnathan is referred to in the same book.

It isn't clearly stated but the Discworld's Assassins' Guild Yearbook and Diary 2000 mentions a Noel Teatime who killed of the traditional bullying practice of 'toasting' (along with, it's implied, 4 boys) demonstrating 'what can be achieved with enthusiasm, determination and the common human thumb'. Perhaps, considering these traits and the 'carnage' involved this Noel is related. It certainly seems unlikely to be an error/mistaken identity since Johnathan is referred to in the same book.
