	:”Chilli” is the common British (and Australian) English spelling for the pepper (we don’t call them peppers, we call them chillies). Chili and chile are rarely used, but sometimes for specific dishes whose names are in Spanish (e.g. ''chile con carne''). So I think it should be “chilli”, as per the book. 			The policy has been to use the canonical spelling, which is why I didn't edit it. However, it's (a)not really canonical, (b)not English, and (c)a common source of confusion everywhere. So, should the title be quasi-canonical and British, or S. American Spanish and correct? I guess tradition suggests "chilli".
