:Short quotes out of books with attributions are allowed AFAIK. However, what is a &amp;quot;breach&amp;quot; is creating new pages without checking whether there isn&amp;#039;t already another page with this information. In this case, there is an extensive article under [[Havelock Vetinari]], to which you can contribute. Please do not create new pages unless it really is necessary, and if you do, make sure it&amp;#039;s linked properly to the rest of the wiki.
