<p><b>New page</b></p><div>I don't suppose there's enough text to prove anything, but it seems more likely to me that the FFTA is the equivalent of the SPCA rather than the Kennel Club. It would be responsible for the "not just for Hogswatch" campaign and probably operates the [[Sunshine Sanctuary for Sick Dragons]].
