Due to a harddisk crash, the wiki has been down for a while on Thursday 31 August. Everything has been restored from backup and is temporarily hosted on another machine until the server is reinstalled. :::Creating pages isn't as high on the priority list as editing pages, and the opportunities for spamming are too great. So that's a definite no. However, a quick test yesterday showed that on the server where I'm about to move everything, the login page works. Don't ask me why, both machines are equiped with php5 on Ubuntu Dapper.
